Terms & Conditions
Clear, transparent terms for every engagement.
Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve your shoot date. Dates are not held without a paid deposit. Deposit amounts are shown on your quote or invoice.
Payment
Balance is due within 5 days of receiving your initial preview. Full-resolution, unwatermarked files are released after full payment.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days out: full refund (less third-party costs). 15-30 days: deposit forfeited. Under 15 days: all payments forfeited plus 50% of remaining fees.
Deliverables & Turnaround
7-day turnaround for Essential, Standard, and Premium packages. 2-3 weeks for Hero features. All files delivered via Dropbox.
Revisions
One complimentary revision round is included per deliverable set. Additional revision rounds are billed at $100/hr with a one-hour minimum.
Copyright & Licensing
Carscenez retains full copyright. Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business purposes.
Weather & Force Majeure
If conditions make shooting unsafe, we reschedule at no charge. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders) are handled with commercially reasonable rescheduling efforts.
Liability
Our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific engagement. Both parties carry mutual indemnification obligations.
